About Whispering Pines Jack-O'-Lantern Ornament
- A Lori Miller Halloween Design for Whispering Pines
The Whispering Pines Jack O' Lantern Ornament has the wonderfully grumpy expression of a pumpkin that takes Halloween very seriously. Its broad, squat shape and bold carved looking face give it plenty of personality, with sharply angled brows, triangular eyes, a tiny nose, and a wonderfully crooked toothy grin.
Deep sculpted grooves divide the pumpkin into rounded sections, while a rich burnt orange finish is covered in fine crackling for an aged, timeworn appearance. Dark shading settles into the grooves and around the edges, bringing out the sculpted details. Warm golden orange fills the facial features, creating the look of an old fashioned jack o' lantern glowing from within. The reverse is fully finished with the same pumpkin ridges and crackled texture, while a rustic hanging cord complements its primitive folk art character.
Add this expressive pumpkin to a Halloween tree filled with Whispering Pines ghosts, witches, and other wonderfully peculiar characters for a nostalgic seasonal display.
