Shipping policy
Processing Times
Orders typically ship the same day or next business day whenever possible. Please allow:
- USPS: 1–3 business days after shipment
- UPS/FedEx: 1–5 business days after shipment
Processing times may be extended during holidays, large sales events, or periods of unusually high order volume.
If you have your own UPS or FedEx account number, we can accommodate third-party billing provided you arrange pickup using your account.
We proudly ship internationally.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
While we use address validation tools and make every effort to catch errors, we cannot be responsible for invalid addresses or packages marked "Return to Sender" by the carrier.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility
- We are happy to issue a refund for the merchandise itself once the package is returned
Combining Orders
Please note that we are unable to combine multiple orders.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide every day.
International shipping rates are calculated in real time during checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
Most international orders arrive within approximately two weeks; however, customs delays, weather conditions, and carrier issues may extend delivery times. Please allow up to 21 days.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on qualifying products and on orders over $99 within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states only).
Free shipping orders are sent using the most economical shipping option available, typically:
- UPS Ground
- USPS Ground Advantage
If your order contains both free-shipping items and regular items, shipping charges shown at checkout apply only to the additional items.
Free shipping promotions cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, or discounts. Additional exclusions may apply.
Expedited Shipping
When selecting an expedited shipping option (2-Day, Overnight, or Priority Mail Express), your order receives priority processing and we make every effort to ship it the same day when possible.
Please note that delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed, especially during holiday periods or severe weather events.
Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize.
Please contact us immediately at 800-538-2446 or by email within 10 days of delivery.
To process a damage claim, we require:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the outer shipping box with shipping label visible
- Photos of the interior packaging materials
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items until the matter has been resolved.
International orders may receive a store credit or refund in place of a replacement, depending on the situation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We cannot be responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are later reported as lost or stolen.
We will gladly assist with filing carrier claims whenever possible, but we strongly recommend shipping to a secure location.
Returns
We accept returns on most items.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us by phone or email within 30 days of delivery
- Returns must be authorized before being sent back
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 10 days of authorization
Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Returned packages should be insured
If a return shipment is uninsured and arrives damaged, we may be unable to issue a refund.
If free shipping was used on the original order, the actual shipping cost incurred by us may be deducted from your refund.
Please allow up to one week for refunds to appear on your account after processing.
International Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot provide return labels for international customers. International returns must be arranged through the customer's local carrier.
Special Orders
Special orders require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed. The remaining balance will be charged when the item ships.
Special order items are custom ordered specifically for you and cannot be canceled or returned.
