About Visions of Sugarplums Ornament
- A Kurt Adler Ornament
The Visions of Sugarplums Ornament, sized at 4.5x4x1", is a glass ornament from Kurt Adler adorned with glitter. It features a vintage image of Santa standing over a child as she dreams of "Visions of Sugarplums." In the scene, the child seems to be awake now, so Santa is playfully pacifying her with the candy canes he was going to leave in her stocking.
The front of the red glass disc ornament portrays this charming moment, adding a nostalgic and festive touch to your holiday décor. The quote "Visions of Sugarplums" is attributed to the classic Christmas poem "A Visit from St. Nicholas" by Clement Clarke Moore, also known as "'Twas the Night Before Christmas."
This ornament is part of a series that includes phrases from famous Christmas carols or poems, making it a lovely addition to any collector's Christmas collection. The shimmering glitter accents and intricate design make it a standout piece on any Christmas tree, evoking the magic and wonder of the holiday season.
Whether for your own collection or as a thoughtful gift, the Visions of Sugarplums Ornament embodies the joy and excitement of Christmas. Hang it on your tree and let it transport you to a world of festive cheer and holiday magic. Collect all three ornaments in the series to create a whimsical and festive display that celebrates the spirit of Christmas.
