About Vandolls Folkart ~ Vintage Black Cat Spooky Halloween Lantern
- Vandolls Folkart - Honest Heirloom Decor Handmade in America by Rachel Garrison
- Handmade in America
- Each piece is unique due to the handmade nature
-
Includes one flickering battery operated tea light to illuminate the piece!
Wide-eyed and ready for Halloween, this black cat lantern brings a playful mix of fright and fun. Handmade in America from hand-painted paper mâché, each piece carries its own unique personality, making no two exactly alike. Measuring6.5x6.5x6.5 inches, this compact decoration is a great way to bring vintage-style Halloween charm into any space.
With an exaggerated expression, bold red eyes, and a wide, open mouth, this cat looks as though it’s mid-yowl, caught between a spook and a surprise. The black and white detailing highlights its features, while an orange nose and red eyes add a pop of color. Set it out during the day as a striking decoration, or place an LED tea light inside to let the face glow eerily through the night. The cutout mouth and eyes allow light to shine through, giving it an extra bit of personality once the sun goes down.
Whether placed on a mantel, displayed with other vintage-inspired Halloween pieces, or used as part of a Halloween bucket collection, this black cat lantern fits right into spooky décor. Its handmade nature means each one has slight variations, adding to its one-of-a-kind appeal.
Perfect for those who enjoy classic Halloween decorations, this piece brings a nostalgic feel to the season. Whether lighting up a dimly lit room with a soft flicker or sitting among pumpkins and ghosts, this expressive black cat adds just the right amount of eerie fun.
