About Tigger Ornament
- An Old World Christmas Glass Ornament
For those who know that the most wonderful thing about Tiggers is that Tiggers are wonderful things, this 4-inch Old World Christmas glass ornament is a cheerful nod to one of the most energetic characters in Winnie the Pooh's Hundred Acre Wood.
Tigger sits in that traditional, somewhat inquisitive position with his head tilted and his long tail coiled over his feet. His big eyes and amiable smile convey his always-bouncing, never-sitting-still attitude, and his stark black stripes on his brilliant orange coat give him his instantly identifiable appearance.
A little blue butterfly perches on his shoulder, giving the image a charming touch. Its glistening wings contrast with Tigger's vibrant fur, serving as a small memento of the numerous adventures and inquisitive creatures that inhabit the forest where he lives.
The ornament's base of bright green grass is finished with fine glitter to provide a little of glitz to the image. Tigger's distinctive bouncing tail, which gracefully curls over his side, adds a little movement to the piece, giving the impression that he is about to charge into action.
A playful approach to give the tree a little more life is with this ornament. For storybook lovers, children at heart, or everyone who wants a little playful happiness in their Christmas décor, it's a good option. This little but lively Tigger ornament is a great way to commemorate the season, whether it is given as a present or preserved as a memento of a beloved childhood figure.
