Easy Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipment will also be deducted from your refund.

About The Vampire House
The Vampire House by Department 56 turns an ordinary autumn home into a delightfully overdone vampire hideaway. Deep burgundy siding, a glossy black roof, and glowing windows establish the spooky mood, while the house looks as though its residents have enthusiastically decorated every available corner for Halloween.
The front entrance steals the scene with an enormous set of vampire fangs hanging over the doorway. Black garland trimmed with red ornaments and lights follows the roofline, while bats appear in the windows and hang from the exterior. A glowing jack o' lantern, propped wooden coffin, scattered autumn leaves, green shutters, and piles of colorful foliage add even more personality. High above the roof, a dramatic black bat appears to swoop over the house for an especially eye catching finishing touch.
With its mix of classic fall details and playful vampire theatrics, this Department 56 building makes a memorable centerpiece for a Halloween village. Pair it with costumed figures, trick or treaters, pumpkins, and other spooky accessories to create a neighborhood fully caught up in Halloween night.
