We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipment will also be deducted from your refund.

About Snowman With Hat & Tree Pillow
A 10x14-inch hand-stitched wool felt pillow feels like a little piece of a winter scene, straight from a snow-covered countryside. A little off-center, a cheerful snowman stands proudly, looking like he just stepped out of a snow-covered field. His bright white felt body is dotted with tiny black buttons for eyes and a wide, stitched grin that says he’s more than happy to brave the cold.
He’s sporting a bold, striped scarf in bright blues, purples, greens, and yellows – the kind of scarf you’d wear if you were built for the cold and didn’t mind a bit of color. The ends are finished with a bit of fringe, adding a playful touch that gives the whole piece a bit of movement.
