We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipment will also be deducted from your refund.

As he rummaged through his dress-up box, his eyes landed on a vibrant turban and a dashing vest. Inspiration struck like a bolt of lightning. Max would become a snake charmer.
With his Snake Charmer costume in place, Max stepped outside, ready to embark on a night of trick-or-treating. But there was something extra special about his costume—the small, resin snake that coiled around his torso. Max had found his charming sidekick. Such an inventive Lori Mitchell design!
As he walked from door to door, Max's charm and creativity caught the attention of everyone he encountered. The neighborhood buzzed with excitement as Max played the part of the snake charmer, his serpent friend slithering along in perfect harmony. He drew gasps of awe and admiration from neighbors who marveled at his attention to detail.
