Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

With wide orange eyes and a toothy grin that’s a little too excited for comfort, the Skelly Bucket in Party Hat is clearly the life, or afterlife, of the party. Designed by American folk artist Rachel Garrison, this 12-inch paper mache lantern doesn’t bother with subtlety. It beams with giddy Halloween energy, looking like it just heard there’s cake and candy corn at the snack table.
The head, shaped like a slightly decayed skull, is finished in a chalky white with worn speckling for a textured, vintage vibe. Bold painted features bring out its personality, especially the oversized grin that stretches across the face like it’s caught mid-cackle. Paper inserts in the eyes and mouth mean you can drop in an electric tea light underneath and watch this skeleton light up from within, transforming it from a quirky accent to a glowing Halloween beacon.
But the real show-stealer is the removable party hat perched on top. Black and cone-shaped, it’s wrapped in vibrant orange and black crepe paper fringe and sports a classic scaredy cat image right up front. The hat adds just enough chaos to make it feel like this guy’s been dancing on a haunted table since 1923. And he has no plans to stop.
At the base, more fringe echoes the top’s color and texture, tying the whole look together in a way that feels intentionally playful and a little reckless.
