About Shotgun Ornament
- An Old World Christmas glass ornament
"Ready to aim high and hit the mark on your festive decor? Look no further than this glass Shotgun Ornament from Old World Christmas, a true bullseye for any western-themed tree or gun enthusiast’s holiday collection. At 5.25 inches, it’s the right size to stand out among the branches without overshadowing the twinkling lights.
Paying homage to traditional double-barreled shotguns, each feature is rendered with the lover of the outdoors in mind. From the gleaming black of the barrels to the rich wood-like finish on the stock, this ornament looks as authentic as the trusty firearm one might shoulder in anticipation of the day's catch. The open barrel invites a moment of pause, a recognition of the care that goes into every aim, every shot in the quiet of the hunt.
The ornament doesn't just echo the feel of outdoor sports; it brings with it the heritage of generations. It serves as a nostalgic piece for those who revere the old hunting tales, the early mornings in the woods, the camaraderie among companions in camo, and the respect for nature's bounty.
It's a piece that invites viewers to share their own anecdotes of chilly mornings in duck blinds or heartwarming stories of a family member's first successful hunt. It's a gift, decorative element, it's a celebration of the sport and the solemn beauty of nature, promising to add a slice of the great outdoors to your indoor festivities. "
The Old World Hang Tag Description: A shotgun is a long barreled gun that you put up to your shoulder to look down the long barrel and take aim through the site. The shotgun is used for hunting or shooting clay pigeons, which are a great way to practice your aim. This ornament features a shotgun with the barrel open exposing the shells. It would be a great ornament gift for a gun enthusiast or for your western themed tree.
