A Bethany Lowe design. This vintage inspired character is very popular. This particular version of Sassy Cat makes a great centerpiece for a party. Made of matte black paper mache with bright orange crepe paper ruffles, his arresting expression is hand painted. His eyes and mouth are made of vellum, so that if you lift off his party hat, you may place a battery operated tea light inside (sold separately), making his eyes and mouth glow!
