About Santa's Dog Sled Ornament
- An Old World Christmas Glass Ornament
Santa traded his reindeer for a pair of eager huskies in this 5.5-inch Old World Christmas glass ornament, and he looks more than ready for the ride. Perched in a bright red sled trimmed with swirling gold, he leans forward, gripping the reins as his furry team takes off through the snow.
Brightly wrapped presents in every possible color, rich purples, electrifying blues, joyful reds, and sparkling golds, each capped with a glittering bow are stacked atop a shimmering green sack on top of the sled. A holiday harvest large enough to make any Christmas morning special is promised by the almost full sack.
Out front, the two huskies are all business... Ok they are mostly business. There was a tinge of glitter on their black and white coats, making it look like there was fresh snow stuck to their fur. They leap across the freezing terrain with a touch of seasonal flare thanks to their vivid red harnesses that contrast with the snowy backdrop. These puppies appear to be prepared to dash into a winter wonderland, their eyes wide and their lips wide.
This ornament is a great pick for dog lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, or anyone who appreciates a little holiday adventure. It’s a piece that brings a bit of winter spirit to the tree, celebrating the thrill of a snowy run and the excitement of a Christmas Eve delivery.
