- Part of the Department 56 Possible Dreams Collection
The magic of a childhood visit with Santa takes center stage in Santa at the Mall by Department 56. Seated in an impressively tall Christmas chair, Santa looks ready to hear every holiday wish, holding his green “Good Girls and Boys” book in one hand and a pair of candy canes in the other. His cheerful expression, round spectacles, rosy cheeks, and full white beard give the scene a wonderfully nostalgic personality.
Santa’s classic red suit is finished with fluffy white trim, a black belt, and polished black boots. His grand red chair is framed with oversized red and white candy cane stripes, golden scrollwork, striped ribbon, and tiny gold bells. Beside him rests a generously filled gift sack patterned with colorful candy canes and overflowing with wrapped presents and greenery.
Festive, playful, and packed with Christmas color, this Department 56 piece captures the excitement of waiting for a turn to tell Santa what is on your list. It makes an eye catching centerpiece for a Christmas collection and a charming reminder of treasured holiday traditions.
