About Samoyed Ornament
- An Old World Christmas Glass Ornament
This Samoyed Ornament from Old World Christmas might just be the fluffiest addition to your Christmas tree. Measuring 3.75 inches, this glass ornament captures the snow-white fur and friendly face of the beloved Samoyed breed, complete with sparkling glitter details that mimic the glistening of fresh snow.
The Samoyed, bred by the nomadic reindeer herders in Russia known as the Samoyedic people, is a breed as robust and hearty as it is charming. Designed to weather the biting cold and aid with herding, these dogs have a reputation for being both hardworking and affectionate. This ornament represents the Samoyed's hardy nature and gentle demeanor, with its thick coat recreated in glittering glass.
This Samoyed brings a touch of the winter inside. Just like a real Samoyed, it's impossible not to smile at the sight of this ornament, with its bright eyes and tongue-out smile inviting a sense of playfulness amidst the festive decorations.
For dog lovers or those who simply appreciate the beauty of these gentle giants, this ornament is a perfect pick. It can be a nod to a furry friend who loves the snow, a reminder of the joy pets bring into our lives, or a celebration of the Christmas spirit—warm even amidst the coldest of winters. Let this Samoyed ornament snuggle up in your tree and become a cherished part of your holiday tradition.
Text on Old World hang tag: This large dog takes its name from the Samoyedic people of Russia. Samoyeds were bred by nomadic reindeer herders for their large, fluffy white coats. One can easily picture Santa and a Samoyed cozied up with a cup of hot cocoa and a tasty bone to chew the day after Christmas.
