We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipment will also be deducted from your refund.

In a quaint little town, where the leaves painted the streets with shades of amber and gold, a young girl named Precious Pumpkin, a creative figure from the Lori Mitchell collection, eagerly awaited the arrival of Halloween. She adored this magical holiday, where imagination took flight and the sweet aroma of candy filled the air.
With excitement bubbling in her heart, Precious Pumpkin carefully selected her costume for the night's festivities. She slipped into her favorite orange dress, feeling like a modern-day witch, ready to cast spells of joy upon all who crossed her path.
To complete her bewitching ensemble, Precious Pumpkin donned a black witch hat upon her head. The hat held a touch of mystery and mischief, perfectly complementing her vibrant dress.
Equipped with her trusty pumpkin bucket, Precious Pumpkin embarked on a delightful adventure through the neighborhood. Her laughter danced through the streets as she eagerly approached each door, gleefully exclaiming, "Trick or treat!"
Precious Pumpkin's gentle spirit and belief in the power of kindness shone brightly as she collected an array of delectable treats. She held firm to her belief that Halloween was a time for joy, not tricks. The magic of the night embraced her, filling her heart with warmth and excitement.
Guiding her way was a little ghostie on a stick, a friendly companion that made her feel safe on this enchanting evening. Together, they journeyed through the moonlit streets, spreading smiles and laughter wherever they went.
As the night drew to a close, Precious Pumpkin returned home, her pumpkin bucket filled to the brim with sugary treasures. She basked in the glow of Halloween's spirit, grateful for the delightful memories she had created.
As the years passed, Precious Pumpkin's love for Halloween only grew. Each October, she would slip into her orange dress, don her black witch hat, and carry her pumpkin bucket once more, ready to spread the magic of the season with her sweet presence.
And so, the legend of Precious Pumpkin, the enchanting trick-or-treater, continued to brighten the Halloween nights, bringing joy, laughter, and the spirit of the season to all who encountered her on this bewitching night.
