The game of "pool" or billiards has a long and rich history starting as early as the 15th century, evolving from a version of croquet. Played by royalty and commoner alike, it was popular enough for even Shakespeare to have mentioned it in his play Anthony and Cleopatra. This rack of glass ornament balls looks just like just a rack of billiard balls that players would put on the table and break with the cue ball. Anyone that is a fan of the game of pool would love this boxed set of pool ball ornaments, cleverly boxed in a plastic rack shape! And as an added surprise, the 8 ball has the words, "Merry Christmas" written on it!
