About Panda Ornament
- An Old World Christmas Glass Ornament
Many years ago, Chinese emperors kept rare animals within their palace gardens, and the most treasured were the pandas. The Chinese poet Bai Joyo wrote that the panda had magical powers which could ward off evil spirits and natural disasters, and prevent disease. Today, pandas are still well loved, so who wouldn't love this panda ornament hanging on their tree. With their classic black and white patterned fur, this ornament captures the cute, carefree attitude of the panda as he munches on some bamboo leaves.
