Easy Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can access your order details under your account, or you can contact us at support@christmastraditions.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipment will also be deducted from your refund.

Pre-order item(s) must be purchased separately from in-stock items.
Because these items are secured specifically for you in advance, pre-orders are considered final once placed and cannot be canceled or modified. We are also unable to issue refunds back to the original form of payment for pre-order purchases.
In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable or is unable to arrive as expected, you will receive a store credit for the full purchase amount. This ensures you can easily select something else you love from our collection.

Meet Mr. October 31st, a handcrafted Halloween folk art creation by Lauren Michelle of Stony Layne. Perched atop a vintage-inspired "31" block, this charming pumpkin-headed character wears a tall striped witch hat, a black-and-ivory costume, and an oversized "Happy Halloween" ribbon tied around her neck. She even carries a tiny jack-o'-lantern bucket, ready for an evening of tricks and treats.
From her hand-painted skeletal grin and rosy cheeks to her striped stockings and delightful Halloween details found front and back, Mr. October 31st captures the nostalgic spirit of old-fashioned Halloween folk art. Each piece is individually handmade and signed by Lauren Michelle, so subtle variations in painting, sculpting, and finishing make every Mr. October 31st uniquely her own.
