About Mr. Cat With Banjo Hanger
- A Seasons Gone By design by Christopher James
Mr. Cat With Banjo is all tuned up and ready for the Halloween bash. With a confident grin and banjo in paw, this musician feline is ready to play a lively melody. He's dressed to impress, wearing bright orange and black striped slacks that show off his fun personality. Whether he’s entertaining trick-or-treaters or adding flair to a Halloween display, this fellow is sure to be a standout.
Measuring 20.5 inches tall, this eye-catching hanger is a reproduction of a 1941 Beistle image. The vintage artwork has been applied to plywood and sealed with a protective gloss for lasting display. A built-in wire hanger makes it easy to place him wherever you’d like, on a front door, above a mantel, or as part of a themed wall arrangement.
Created by Christopher James for Seasons Gone By, this design nods to the classic Halloween imagery of the early 20th century. The Beistle Company, founded in 1900 by Martin Luther Beistle in Pittsburgh, PA, became famous for its bold paper Halloween decorations. Thanks to artists like Christopher James, these designs are once again ready to take center stage.
Mr. Cat’s vibrant orange banjo glistens with detail, and his expressive face suggests he’s right in the middle of a spooky song. Whether paired with other musicians from the same collection or used on its own, this piece brings a lighthearted and slightly mischievous energy to your décor.
Display Mr. Cat With Banjo so that guests may appreciate his talent for performing. His vivacious presence strikes the perfect tone: joy with a touch of creepy delight. A great option for vintage Halloween art enthusiasts or anybody wishing to add a whimsical seasonal touch to their home.
