About Miniature White Poppy Bunny Gourd With Tulip Cutout & Vines
- Handmade by Meadowbrooke Gourds artisans
- Grown and crafted in America
- Because this design is crafted using a natural gourd, each piece is ever so slightly different to make for a unique artisan piece with natural variance in color and size.
- Warning: Gourds are flammable. Do not use candles in them or place near open flames.
- Hole on the bottom to illuminate bunny by purchasing a battery-operated tea light. (Product # ~ SS23097)
This bunny isn’t rushing anywhere. With eyes peacefully closed and a sweet smile on its face, the 8-inch gourd rabbit looks like it’s just finished a successful spring stroll and decided to pause for a breath of fresh air. Crafted from a real gourd, this figure comes with all the charm of natural variation, subtle shifts in size, shape, and texture that give each one a little personality of its own.
Its soft ivory surface is contrasted by crisp black floral cutouts, including a bold tulip on the front that doubles as a window for light. A hole at the base lets you add a battery-operated tea light (not included), which gently glows through the carved shapes like morning sun filtering through garden leaves. Just don’t reach for anything with an open flame, dried gourds and fire are not friends.
The glittered ears stand tall with a hint of sparkle, giving just enough shimmer to catch the eye. A translucent pink bow is tied neatly at the neck, completing the look like it’s ready for an Easter gathering or a spring refresh. The entire piece feels like a breath of fresh air after a long winter, quiet, natural, and just a little bit playful.
Because each piece is made using a real gourd, no two are quite the same. That means this bunny will always be just a little different from the next, maybe a little rounder, maybe a touch more tilt to the ears, but always unmistakably spring.
Whether it’s placed on a dining table, nestled among pastel eggs on a mantel, or peeking out from a shelf in the kitchen, this mellow little rabbit brings a calm note to the season. Let it sit, let it glow, and let it remind you that sometimes, the best part of spring is doing absolutely nothing at all.
