Easy Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipment will also be deducted from your refund.

Santa and Mrs. Claus welcome guests to their Christmas Cottage store while snowmen and nutcracker toy soldiers helm the Toy Shoppe and of course the gingerbread couple sells their wares at the Candy Shoppe. Each shop sits on the gingerbread looking base and is trimmed with red and white frosting, mini wreaths, and even red and white candies.
