Easy Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipment will also be deducted from your refund.

Once upon a moonlit Halloween night, in a quaint little town, there lived a mischievous and lovable little black cat named Kitty Boo. Kitty Boo was no ordinary feline; he was known for his adventurous spirit and his unyielding love for Halloween.
As October approached, Kitty Boo's excitement grew. He couldn't wait for the night when the streets would be filled with laughter, costumes, and the smell of candy in the air. He longed to join his people on their trick-or-treating escapades, spreading joy and delight wherever they went.
On Halloween night, Kitty Boo stood on his green base, ready to embark on his own unique Halloween adventure. His heart raced with anticipation as he watched children and families stroll by in their imaginative costumes. Kitty Boo couldn't help but feel a sense of belonging, for Halloween night was a time when he could fully embrace his playful and mischievous nature.
With each step his people took, Kitty Boo followed closely behind, his little black tail swishing in excitement. His sweet toothy smile captured the hearts of those who crossed his path, and he brought smiles to the faces of everyone he encountered.
Lori Mitchell's Kitty Boo may have had a slight arch to his back, but he was far from scary. In fact, his presence brought a sense of warmth and joy to the Halloween festivities. Children would giggle with delight as they spotted him, and even the adults couldn't help but be enchanted by his charm.
As the night wore on, Kitty Boo reveled in the magic of Halloween. He darted through the shadows, playfully pouncing on fallen leaves and chasing after flickering jack-o'-lanterns. He knew that on this special night, anything was possible.
