To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipment will also be deducted from your refund.

The JPD Surprised Orange & Black Bat Lantern is the type of decoration that seems to have just heard the spookiest ghost story and is now constantly looking over its shoulder. Like a perfectly timed jump scare followed by a fit of nervous laughs, this 5.5-inch lantern is the ideal combination of spooky and sweet, with wide, startled eyes and a mouth frozen in a little, "Oh!" of shock.
Designed as a collaboration between Rachel Garrison of Vandolls Folk Art and Johanna Parker, this little bat has a lot of personality packed into its small frame. Its pumpkin-orange face is crackled and shaded with deep black, giving it that fresh-from-the-attic feel, while the wide eyes and rosy cheeks capture Parker’s signature, nostalgic style. Black-painted ears poke up from the sides, giving it a bit of that playful, wide-eyed cartoon look, and the cutout mouth is just begging to flicker with the light of a small tea light or glow stick on Halloween night.
Adding to the fun, the base is wrapped in a playful ring of orange and black paper fringe, like the ruffled collar of a costumed trick-or-treater.
