Honestly, when the tombstones go on the front lawn at our house, we know the Halloween season is near! So. when Department 56 came out with this set of 3 Imposing Monuments, we were thrilled that we could now add awesome larger, gothic style tombstone monuments to our Department 56 Halloween village display. The expected RIP graces one of the tombstones, but you have to love the sentiments on the other two monuments, one with "Beneath the Ground Lies Sin and Remorse Damien 1666 and the other says, Loved to Death! They are so detailed, with added faux moss at the base you will think they are replicas from a southern graveyard.
