We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipment will also be deducted from your refund.

The classic ICEE emblem is displayed on the front of the ornament in a vibrant, colorful design, along with a frosted polar bear clutching a gigantic cup of the "coldest drink in town." As the ornament rotates, the classic flavors, cherry, blue raspberry, and green apple, are displayed in vibrant red, blue, and green panels.
