Easy Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipment will also be deducted from your refund.

A nutcracker design from Hollywood by Holly Adler for Kurt S. Adler, Inc. All hail the queen! This Hollywood Queen of Hearts Nutcracker has a similar look to Helena Bonham Carter's portrayal of the Queen of Hearts in Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland, right down to the blue, heart adorned eye blush, rose earrings and sweeping red hair. Her black and white crown with gold trim and heart accents sits on that big head of hair and she is ready to impress her subjects at tea time as she drinks from three heart filled teacups. There's even an Ace of Hearts card soldier under her feather trimmed red coat, ready to paint the flowers red with a paint can and brush in hand. Collect all the "Hollywood" Nutcrackers for a fun twist on the classic Christmas figure, or it's off with your head!
