We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipment will also be deducted from your refund.

The Grizelda Grimm Witch Door Knocker by Katherine’s Collection looks as though a wonderfully wicked witch has taken up residence right on your door. Grizelda’s expressive green face is full of spooky personality, from her deeply wrinkled features and crooked teeth to her wide golden eyes and long pointed nose.
Her towering black witch hat makes the display especially dramatic, with a wonderfully crooked tip that bends and flops to one side. The brim is surrounded by black feathers and decorative trim, while the crown is dressed with intricate black embellishments, shimmering green details, and sparkling purple and pink jewels. Long gray hair frames her face against a rich purple backdrop. Beneath her chin, a small skull anchors the black metal knocker, with wispy ribbons dangling below for an extra ghostly flourish.
