We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipment will also be deducted from your refund.

About Gone to the Beach Van Ornament
Even Santa needs a vacation! So after the holidays, when Mrs. Claus is going with her girl group to the South of France for some retail therapy, Santa hits the beaches of Hawaii. Planning ahead, he stores a red van there, ready and waiting to take him to the beaches. Santa is no slouch either. When he isn't flying that sleigh on Christmas Eve, he straps his "Gone to the Beach" long board to the top of his van and drives to the his favorite surfing spot on the North Shore of Oahu!
