About Golden Cathedral Ornament
- An Old World Christmas Glass Ornament
Radiantly golden, you can easily imagine the glorious hymns being sung within the cathedral for Christmas day. Standing in town squares, cathedrals and churches represent the heritage and culture of the people. Since glassblowers often created images that reflected their day-to-day lives, some ornaments were proudly styled after the lovely churches found in their own hometowns. A sunburst design in the windows of this Golden Cathedral make it a fabulous ornament for a gold themed Christmas tree!
