Whether you're a fitness fanatic, a weightlifting warrior, or just someone who appreciates a clever twist on holiday decor, this ornament is sure to be a conversation starter. Hang it proudly on your tree and show the world that even during the holidays, gains are always on your mind!
Text on Old World hang tag: A dumbbell is a type of free weight used to build muscular strength and endurance. The term dumbbell comes to us from England in the 1700s when a poet described it as similar to an apparatus for ringing a church bell but with no bell, so the noiseless, dumbbell term was created.
