About Down the Chimney Ornament
- A Kurt Adler Ornament
The Down the Chimney Ornament, sized at 4.5x4x4", is a glass ornament from Kurt Adler adorned with glitter. It features a vintage image of Santa Claus preparing to descend a chimney on Christmas Eve. The red glass disc displays the phrase "Down the Chimney St. Nicholas came with a Bound," a quote from the classic poem "A Visit from St. Nicholas" by Clement Clarke Moore, often misattributed as "'Twas the Night Before Christmas."
This ornament is part of a series that includes phrases from famous carols and poems, making it a great choice for collectors and Christmas enthusiasts alike. Its shimmering glitter accents and intricate design make it a standout piece on any Christmas tree, bringing the magic of classic Christmas literature into your holiday décor.
Whether for your own collection or as a thoughtful gift, the Down the Chimney Ornament adds a touch of nostalgia and festive cheer to your celebrations. Hang it on your tree and let it remind you of the joy and magic that comes with each Christmas Eve.
