Light and fluffy, despite its name the Cream Puff is made from a choux (pronounced "shoe") pastry dough instead of a puff pastry dough. Steam is released from the dough in the baking process, giving the pastry that delicate fluffy texture and enough room for many delicious fillings! Sticking to the classics, this treat of a glass ornament is filled with whipped cream and is decorated with glitter. This ornament is just as fun to put onto your Christmas tree as it is to pop the real confectionery treat into your mouth!
