To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipment will also be deducted from your refund.

In the cozy town of Pineville, the holiday season was in full swing. Families were busy preparing their homes for Christmas, adorning them with festive decorations and twinkling lights. Amidst the joyful chaos, there was a special figurine that captured the essence of Christmas cheer – Chrissy Christmas, a creation from the imaginative mind of Lori Mitchell.
Chrissy Christmas stood proudly, her bright green dress catching the eye of all who passed by. Reminiscent of homemade Christmas outfits of yesteryears, her dress featured a flowing white collar and cuffs, exuding a sense of nostalgic charm. But what truly set her apart were the colorful balls adorning her dress, resembling a string of twinkling Christmas lights.
With white and red striped stockings, paired with red shoes donning playful green pom-poms, Chrissy Christmas was a walking embodiment of holiday spirit. Her sparkling golden star headband perched atop her head added an extra touch of whimsy.
