About Boo's Boo
- Part of the Michelle Allen Halloween Collection for Bethany Lowe Designs
There's always one ghost in the group who loves to plan and decorate for the party, and Boo is it! Boo's "BOO" garland with glittery orange and white rosette letters on black glitter stars looks just as festive as he does in his black and orange crepe paper neck ruff with tinsel trim. He's ready to float up and hang it before the party starts, but the actual party is wherever you decide to display this adorable Boo's Boo figure!
