About Blue Bird - Miniature Luminary Hand-Crafted Gourd
- Handmade by Meadowbrooke Gourds artisans
- Grown and crafted in America
- Because this design is crafted using a natural gourd, each piece is ever so slightly different to make for a unique artisan piece with natural variance in color and size.
- Warning: Gourds are flammable. Do not use candles in them or place near open flames.
- Hole on the bottom to illuminate Blue Bird by purchasing a battery-operated tea light. (Product # ~ SS23097)
This Blue Bird Miniature Luminary Hand-Crafted Gourd by Meadowbrooke Gourds may be small, but it has a lot to say, starting with its soft sky-blue finish, delicate white feather detailing along the body, and an adorable white bow tied neatly at its neck like it’s dressed for a garden party. At the center of its torso is a heart-and-vines cutout that adds just the right touch of romance, letting warm light glow through when illuminated from below with a battery-operated tea light placed in the opening on the bottom.
Hand-crafted from natural gourd, each bird has its own personality, making it feel less like décor and more like a tiny companion perched happily on a shelf, windowsill, or tabletop. The gentle glow transforms this piece into a cozy accent for spring displays, Easter décor, or year-round spaces that could use a little extra cheer. It’s perfect for bird lovers, collectors of folk art, or anyone who appreciates handmade décor with charm and character. Sweet without being sugary and decorative without trying too hard, this little blue bird proves that sometimes the smallest pieces bring the biggest smiles—and the warmest light.
