About Bewitched
- A Lori Mitchell design for ESC & Company
Bewitched, bothered, and bewildered, the little Bewitched witch perched on her pumpkin, weary from the constant demands of her witch aunts. Day in and day out, all she heard was their relentless insistence to learn spells, recite incantations, and gather peculiar ingredients like eyes of newt, toads, and bats. She couldn't help but wonder, what on earth was the purpose of it all?
In this modern age, the old-fashioned witchy magic seemed lost and irrelevant to her. All the Bewitched figure by Lori Mitchell for ESC & Company truly desired was to prepare herself for the most glorious night of trick-or-treating. Her longing was simple—to fill her magical pumpkin bucket with an abundance of sweet treats.
Resting on her sturdy pumpkin with her faithful feline companion, Kitty Boo, by her side, she yearned for her bucket to overflow with an array of sugary delights. And oh, the plans she had! With a mischievous glint in her eye, she pondered the spells her aunts had taught her. Perhaps, just perhaps, she could use one of them to transform her already impressive candy haul into a magical bounty, multiplying the sweets and turning her Halloween into a true confectionary extravaganza.
As the moon rose high in the night sky, casting an enchanting glow, Bewitched couldn't contain her excitement. The anticipation of the treats that awaited her filled her heart with glee. With her broomstick at the ready and her black cat by her side, she soared through the night, visiting every house in the neighborhood, her bucket growing heavier with each stop.
And when the bewitching hour finally arrived, Bewitched returned to her cozy abode, her pumpkin bucket overflowing with an array of delectable delights. She couldn't help but chuckle to herself, knowing that her clever spell had indeed worked its magic.
As she indulged in the sweet rewards of her successful trick-or-treating adventure, Bewitched couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction. Despite the demands of her witch aunts, she had found her own magical way to make Halloween truly enchanting.
And so, with a mischievous smile and a heart full of sugary treasures, the Bewitched witch and her faithful feline companion retired for the night, ready to dream of new adventures and the joys that awaited them in the bewitching season to come.
