About 10.5" Vintage Belsnickel Candy Container
- Part of the Cody Foster Chirstmas Collection
The 10.5" Vintage Belsnickel Candy Container by Cody Foster brings an old world Christmas character to the holiday display with a wonderfully unusual look. Tall and slightly stern, this vintage inspired Belsnickel has the unmistakable presence of a decoration that might have been tucked away with treasured family ornaments for generations.
Dressed in a long brilliant red coat and pointed hood, he has a rosy, expressive face framed by a textured white beard. Cream cuffs and buttons add simple contrast, while his hands rest near the front of his coat. The most unexpected detail appears below, where the black base is decorated with glittered white figures that wrap around the container. Their primitive silhouettes add another layer of antique character to the design and make this piece especially interesting from every angle.
Display this Belsnickel candy container with vintage Santas, folk inspired Christmas decorations, and nostalgic holiday collectibles. Filled with treats or enjoyed purely as decor, he brings a wonderfully curious piece of Christmas tradition to the collection.
