The witch is flying her broom to meet the man in the moon, and is actually grabbing his forehead! Everyone is smiling though, even the black cat on the bottom of the piece! The witch in the moon wheel is surrounded by scaredy black cat faces, making it look like a tambourine, but it is really all paper on a wood base. The banner on the bottom suggesting to have a "Happy Halloween" is surrounded by lots of vintage style decor pieces, making this such a charming display decoration!
