About Silver Quilted Kugel Ornament
- A Ragon House Design
As the saying goes, everything old is new again, and this ornament certainly showcases that concept. The word "Kugel" means ball in German and the original version of these ornaments were designed with a silver coating the inside. Most are heavier than blown glass ornaments and in the old days they were too heavy to hang on a tree, but this modern Silver Quilted Kugel Ornament is slightly lighter in weight and comes with a tarnished look. It continues the fad of having well worn looking items to give your house that vintage antique look. This ornament is a great addition to any gold and silver-themed Christmas tree. Let this decoration help create a more classic look to your tree this year and impress family and friends with its subtle beauty!
