Easy Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipment will also be deducted from your refund.

Once upon a time, in a magical winter wonderland, there was a little girl named Merry. With rosy cheeks and sparkling eyes, Merry was the epitome of Christmas cheer. She lived in a world where joy and love filled the air, and the holiday spirit thrived.
On a frosty December morning, Merr & Bright found herself in the company of a friendly snowman. The snowman had a jolly smile, with a carrot nose and icicles dripping off his snowy base. Merrily, she climbed atop the snowman's head, feeling like a princess perched upon her throne.
