We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipment will also be deducted from your refund.

In a small town nestled amidst the autumnal trees, there lived a young boy named Hoot N' Hollar who was utterly captivated by the mystical beauty of owls. Their wise eyes and graceful flight enchanted his imagination, sparking a deep fascination that filled his days and nights.
As Halloween approached, Hoot N' Hollar's excitement grew, for it was the perfect occasion to embody his beloved creature. With fervent enthusiasm, he pleaded with his mother to create a costume that would make him look just like an owl.
His mother, always supportive of her son's passions, crafted a remarkable costume that brought his owl dreams to life. Each feather-like detail was carefully stitched together, forming a beautiful ensemble that transformed Hoot N' Hollar into a magnificent creature of the night.
Dressed in his owl-inspired attire, Hoot N' Hollar ventured out into the Halloween night with a twinkle in his eye. His overlapping colored pieces mimicked the intricate patterns of feathers, creating a visual spectacle that turned heads at every doorstep.
His owl mask, carefully crafted to capture the essence of wisdom, concealed his youthful face, allowing him to fully immerse himself in his owl persona. With each hoot and hollar, he radiated a sense of magic and mystery, captivating all who crossed his path.
Accompanied by the soft silhouette of a feline friend named Caroline, Hoot N' Hollar collected candy not only for himself but also for his beloved companion. Together, they embarked on a whimsical adventure, their joyous laughter mingling with the rustle of fallen leaves.
As the night wore on, Hoot N' Hollar's owl-inspired costume became a vessel for countless sweet treats. His wide-eyed expression revealed a satisfied belly, evidence of indulging in the delights of Halloween.
