Easy Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipment will also be deducted from your refund.

About Heirloom Rooster Ornament

According to legend the rooster has only crowed once at midnight. This was to announce the birth of the Baby Jesus. For this reason, Spanish and Latin American countries call their midnight mass on Christmas Eve the "Mass of the Rooster," or Misa del Gallo. With bright beautiful colors of red, orange, two-toned blue and green, and a vintage design, this "Heirloom" Rooster glass ornament is a great way to represent the Misa del Gallo on your Christmas tree whether you are of Latin origin or not. This is one of our favorite bird ornaments.
