About Clip-On Bat Ornament
- An Old World Christmas Glass Ornament
Don't you love this glass clip-on bat ornament! It is glittered and beautifully painted, and it looks like it is about to take flight when clipped to the tip of a tree branch. Since bats live in caves, which were seen as the entrance to the nether-world, they were thought to be immortal. Associated with vampires in western beliefs and with longevity and happiness in places like China, this little bat can serve many purposes in a Halloween tree. He's so cute even if he wanted your blood we're sure he would ask nicely.
