This spun cotton ornament, which is a Traditions exclusive, and was designed by Pamela Plant, goes all out with its frosty tones and shimmering textures.
Her look starts with a tall white hat topped with a silver pom, perfectly matched to her fluffy faux fur muff. A light blue skirt, made from a cupcake wrapper, gives her outfit a playful shape while catching the light with a dusting of glitter. Two tiny blue bows run down the front of her bodice, flanked by scalloped trim that adds a layer of texture.
