Penny McAllister, designer of the original primitive folk art Penpals collectible line, has also been signed by Midwest of Cannon Falls to design a reproduction line of her folk art. Below you will find her first group of Halloween, Easter & Christmas pieces. Penny uses all her spare time to create these pieces. They are full of wit and whimsy, just like Penny!
